Back to Blogging

Hello there!

Long time no see! I’m genuinely happy to be writing again. In my teenage years, I really enjoyed running my blog. But as time went by, the internet scene changed so much, blogs started fading into the background, making way for social media to take the spotlight. So I adapted, shifting my focus to creating content across various platforms. But lately, the rush of social media has felt a bit overwhelming, so I thought it was time to come back to this quieter space and reconnect with all of you on a more personal level. Here, I’ll be sharing my artwork, discussing my ideas and projects, and even a bit of my daily life.

My latest art

These last two months were filled with creativity and productivity. I’ve been working on numerous videos and reels… More than usual, it took a lot of time and effort, especially because I had deadlines to meet, but I made it! Some of them have yet to be published, but they will probably be available within this week or next. I believe my favorite is this one:

I received some wonderful new art materials for upcoming collaborations. I love experimenting with new art supplies and I can’t wait to show you how I put them to use. I’m particularly curious to try out the new ‘Paul Rubens’ watercolor set. The previous version was excellent, so I have high expectations for this new set.

Since I’m always eager to try new things, I decided to take a course by the talented Justin Donaldson, whose work I’ve been following for years! It’s called the ‘Landscape Course’ and I’m so excited to dive into something new! I’m only about halfway through, and stepping out of my comfort zone isn’t easy, but I’m really enjoying the process. Maybe next month I’ll be ready to share some of my work with you. Are you curious to see some landscape paintings by me? 😳

Recently I’ve started a new sketchbook dedicated to watercolor drawings. The blank first page always makes me a bit anxious, and I always hesitate a little before starting to draw. Anyway, I’ve dedicated that page to Aerith, and I’m looking forward to continuing with more FF7-themed drawings this month. I’m also currently scanning pages from my previous sketchbook to create new prints, I’ll let you know as soon as they are available in my shop! ♥

Special Content

To wrap it up, here is an exclusive scan of my ‘French Girls’ drawing, including its respective line art. Feel free to use it to practice coloring, whether digitally or traditionally. I’d love to see your results!

Thanks for stopping by and catching up with me. Your support truly means the world! Until next time, keep being creative and take care.

Sara
